ATRG 1021 Self Defense (1 hour) Being able to defend oneself is a life skill that requires both physical and mental preparation. Introduction to the martial arts including history and techniques related to Tae Kwon Do, Hap Ki Do, and breathing. Includes lectures and physical skill acquisition and practice.
