FIN 3083 Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management I (3 hours) Fundamental principles of investment decision-making under uncertainty; risk and return considerations of portfolios; equilibrium economic pricing models for financial assets. Portfolio allocation models are developed to explain the behavior of investors. Computer databases and software packages are used to evaluate these strategies in a realistic decision-making setting. Prerequisite: FIN 3003 with a grade of C or higher.
