BL 4113 Business Law for Entrepreneurs and Family-owned Businesses


(3 hours)
Legal obstacles that family business owners face, ranging from acquiring licenses and permits, leasing property, selection and working with attorneys, patenting a product, dealing with credit and collections, and similar issues, as they apply specifically to family businesspeople and entrepreneurs. Prerequisites: BL 2013  and MGT 3003 , each with a grade of C or higher, and junior standing.
