MGT 3103 Human Resource Management (3 hours) Hiring, developing, and facilitating productive employees, with attention to policies and practices in drug testing, lay-offs, employee rights, privacy and security, compensation, and performance evaluation. The roles of personnel departments, organizational strategic planners, and line supervisors are considered. Prerequisite: MGT 3003 with a grade of C or higher.
