ANTH 3133 Human Origins (3 hours) Explores the process of human biological and cultural evolution through discussion of the chronological, morphological, and cultural contexts of early human species. The biological ancestry of humans is studied in the context of the Darwinian theory of evolution focusing on the interplay between early humans and their environment. Prerequisite: ANTH 2033 or BIOL 1603 , or permission of instructor.
