The College of Law and the Department of Biological Sciences are not accepting applications or matriculating new graduate students into the joint master’s program in biological sciences and law beyond the Fall 2019 term.

This curriculum includes 78 credit hours of law courses including all required courses established by TU College of Law, and 24 credit hours in the biological sciences program as approved by the graduate advisor of the biological sciences program. The curriculum also includes prerequisite courses as required by the faculty of the graduate program.

Students must consult with the JD/MS in Biological Sciences joint-degree committee in selecting courses and must take all courses specified by the committee.

This program eliminates 16-19 credit hours of coursework that would be required if the programs in law and biological sciences were pursued separately.
