FIN 7013 Long-Term Financial Decisions

(3 hours)
Emphasis on the optimal acquisition and allocation of long-term sources of capital. Topics include capital budgeting evaluation models, cash flow analysis, diversification, portfolio approaches to capital budgeting, capital structure, cost of capital, lease purchase decisions, abandonment, and mergers. Prerequisites: FIN 7003 .
