GPHY 5133 Exploration Seismology


(3 hours)
Mathematical treatment of wave propagation theory pertinent to hydrocarbon exploration. Focuses on field design criteria for data acquisition and theoretical aspects of seismic data processing. Prerequisites: MATH 4123 , MATH 4143 , GPHY 4003  or permission.
