LAW 6422 Spanish for Lawyers

(2 hours)
Introduces students to basic Spanish grammatical rules and Spanish legal terminology in key areas such as immigration, criminal, employment, housing and family law. Students will learn how to apply these language skills, in a culturally competent fashion, as future legal practitioners interacting with clients with limited English proficiency.
